My Grandfather passed away recently, and I wanted to continue his legacy in some way or the other, hence I am making a flip book - The Hari Geeta. It is the only thing of value that he ever shared with me, I am thankful for that. This is also my first attempt at digital painting, please feel free to let me know how it makes you feel. This work is inspired by the style of one Abhishek Singh.
wow!!!!
ReplyDeleteWhat exactly do you mean by a digital painting? You didn't draw it by computer did you?
ReplyDeleteI can see some difference, the edges look sharper and stuff(im no expert :P)...
and what is the painting depicting?
it is done on photoshop entirely. and it is the scene from the bhagwat geeta, where krishna convinces arjun to fight. I am not religious, but this scripture tells you how to live your life!
ReplyDeletewow!!!! :)
ReplyDeleteOnly photoshop?? wow!!...
ReplyDeleteThis is pretty damn sweet!
ReplyDeleteThankyou, Valts, PS and Jason! I will keep the posts coming, have been away for a while
ReplyDeleteIt's really pretty Vysh. Is this what you wanted me to see? While Krishna isn't my favourite god ever (I am convinced he's the first ever Pimp), I like the painting. The artwork is as usual inspired, but your Arjun kind of looks like a pussy. ;p well done and keep 'em coming.
